Mexico City Airports: MEX vs AIFA (NLU) vs Toluca

Mexico City has two airports with commercial flights: Benito Juarez International (MEX), inside the city, and Felipe Angeles International (AIFA, code NLU), in Zumpango, State of Mexico. Toluca (TLC) is about 60 km (37 mi) away.

Location and transfers

MEX has Metro, Metrobus and authorized taxis. AIFA is about 45 km (28 mi) north; you reach it by bus, car or taxi, and the transfer usually takes longer.

Price

Sometimes the same destination costs much less from one airport, and sometimes the opposite. Compare both on the same day and add the cost and time of the transfer.
